Solera invests in mid and late stage private technology companies, and buys secondary positions in them.
We close quickly and we say nothing. Membership is by referral, one member at a time. Every member is verified and every document is signed before a single deal is shown. There is no waitlist and there is no public list of anything.
Allocation offered to funds wired.
Not on this site, not anywhere.
Discretion is the product.
As at . Figures are drawn from the deal log and update as transfers close.
Early money made 100x to 4,000x on paper. Late money is making 1x to 3x.
What the first priced round investors in today's AI leaders marked up, against what capital entering at scale has earned since. The gap between the two is not luck. It is access, and it is timing.
Databricks' 2013 Series A, marked against a $190B valuation in 2026.
A $50M CoreWeave stake after the 2025 IPO, roughly 250x.
Across $27B of cost in OpenAI at $852B. The same math as most late entries.
Gross valuation step up, log scale. A ceiling for the earliest investors, not a fund level return.
Entry post money to latest mark. Rounds since mid 2025 cluster at 1.0x to 2.3x.
In today's market the largest tenders sell only two thirds of what is authorized, and most secondary volume sits in a handful of names. The constraint is not money. It is a seat at the table.
Our network has provided access to generational companies including SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic and Reflection AI. That access is why our members see allocations that are never offered in a public round.
Figures are third party market data compiled from public sources as at September 2026. Multiples are gross valuation step ups, pre dilution and pre fees, and overstate what any single investor booked. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing here is an offer to buy or sell securities.
If you hold shares
We buy part of a position, not all of it. We read the stock purchase agreement before any price is discussed, and we obtain written confirmation from the company or its transfer agent that a transfer would be recognized on its books. We will not proceed without it.
If you are a broker or a platform
Our buyers are verified and their documents are signed before a deal exists, so the clock starts at allocation and not at onboarding. The record line above is the whole pitch.
If you are a fund selling down a position
We buy a direct position in a named portfolio company. We do not buy LP interests and we are not running a fund secondaries strategy.
Members see what is theirs and what is on offer. Nothing else, and nowhere public. Below is the surface itself, with the names withheld.
| Position | Class | Units | Entry | Mark | MOIC | Distributions |

Marks state their basis. Distributions are shown as tranches with dates, never as a single realized number.
Small on purpose. One referral, one member, one link.
We would rather have a hundred members who read the memos than ten thousand who read a feed. Members who circulate a memo outside the membership are removed. That has happened once, and it will happen again.
No company names, no seller names, no prices, no inventory, no listings, no logos. Not on this site, not anywhere.
Bought shares of from at USD per share. Issuer confirmation received. Funds wired in 7 business days.
Declined at USD . The memo could not answer who was selling and why. We do not buy what we cannot explain.
